Understanding Marissa is like peeling back the layers of an onion… With a B.S. Environmental Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Marissa is also the President of the Cal Poly Surfrider Foundation and the Green Campus Team Manager at Cal Poly SLO. When Marissa isn’t studying or educating the local community, she flys home to Hawaii where she continues to educate and surf. Her passion for the environment steams from you love for the ocean and her childhood on the islands.
