Return Policy

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstr dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from Sisstrevolution.com, please follow these instructions: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn/used/damaged/stained. If the product hasn't been used, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our pre-paid return shipping label. You can follow the instructions below to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow these instructions:

    • Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials.

      ! Please note we keep our right to refuse a return if: 
      a) the products is not returned in its original poly bag
      b) the original labels have been ripped off
      c) the product in not in new and folded condition

    • Add your name and order number inside the package.

    • Stick the pre-paid return sticker on your box which came with your order.

    • Drop your return package off at your local DPD agency (France, Belgium, Netherlands) DHL EXPRESS ( Rest of Europe)  shipping location. You have 3 options there : 
    • Leave your return box in a DHL service point

    Find here the closest Return Agency. And then :
    Select your country and city
    Choose « I have a DHL account or return shipment »
    Choose « I have printed a DHL label »
    Go to the DHL Service point and leave your package with the return label sticked on it.

    • Schedule a pick up online

    Go here and select your location
    Select « Schedule a pick up » and then choose « no » as an answer for « Do you need to create a return label ?
    Enter the Waybill number which you found on your printed label (Return Expedition Number) and your phone number
    And then schedule the return by giving your collection’ adress

      Sisstr does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. Sisstr reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused. All sales are final on Sisstr stickers, prints, surfboards, and books.
